Not if you plan to use the integrated graphics.

You would need to disable the R7 IGPU and use a discrete GPU for all graphics processes.

You would need to follow the 15H/16H (Bulldozer) OC guide.

The oldest version of macOS you can run using the native/Vanilla AMD guide is High Sierra.

if I use igpu is it possible? i dont have any like gpu or discrete gpu

Some people have reported successfully installing macOS on AMD system with just an AMD IGPU. I don’t know how well they work I don’t think they work with graphics acceleration.

It is not something I have tried to do. I assume without WhateverRed the OS will be painful to use, lots of graphical artefacts and glitches.
