I managed to start the installation, but only up to more than the middle of the apple, and then I just wait endlessly and there are no errors

You are wasting your time. It won't boot to the installer or allow you to run macOS.

Both GPU's in your laptop are unsupported in macOS.

Well that being the case you need to ask your questions on the other forum.

nvidia cards no longer supported on mac os, so even if you got it running, it would be buggy at best. Trust me, I have same issue with a Ryzen Laptop. The only way would be with a VM. It is what it is unfortunately.

I do have an efi for Big Sur that might work for Big Sur with no video acceleration I will post for you Wednesday when I get back. If you can get it to work with the nvidia (boot the installer) I will be surprised but I was able to boot a desktop installer with an nvidia card a while back, but no guarantee

Don't waste your time on this, exchange your laptop for a supported one.
This should be your starting point https://dortania.github.io/GPU-Buyers-Guide/.
Before making an exchange choice, you can name your laptop model here and we will help you.
