I'm facing some challenges figuring out the steps and tools needed to activate (if possible) wifi on my rig.
I installed Tahoe on a testing ssd, boots ok, BT working, but no wi-fi. The card is not detected. I have been using a Broadcom BCM94360NG for the past 5 years without any problems. Started my hackintosh with Catalina and upgraded ever since; I'm currently using Ventura with all functionalities.
I understand that things have changed with Tahoe but I spent more than 2 days researching forums, tips, videos on workarounds to bring back wi-fi functionality and what I get is just contradictory information on kexts to use, patches to upload, configs to define.
Any definite answer whether a workaround is possible for my wi-fi or help pointing to clear instructions would be truly appreciated. I'm using OC 1.0.8. USBs mapped.
Here are the details of my hardware:
CPU: Ryzen 7 2700x 8C/16T
MOBO: MSI B450i Gaming AC wifi (I replaced the original intel wifi/bt card by the Broadcom BCM94360NG. In 2021, intel wifi cards were not compatible)
GPU: MSI RX 580, 8Gb
