i have on my desktop PC this specs:
CPU: Ryzen 9 5900X
GPU: RTX 3080 Vision OC
Motherboard: X570 Aorus Master
RAM: G.Skill Tridentz NEO 3800Mhz CL-14 (Samsung b-die)
SSD: 256GB Samsung 970Evo Plus
HDD: Seagate 2TB
will this MacOS will perform good on this pc?
because my laptop is AMD too and its not supported unfortunately.

Your RTX 3080 is not compatible and never will be (no NVidia support) but everything else is good.
If you get yourself a second AMD gpu like a RX570 and disable the 3080 in macOS then you would be in the Hackintosh Game.
