Help me boot macos with CPU Ryzen 9 6900HX and GPU AMD Radeon TM ,WIFi Mediatek wifi 6.

It should be similar to this but your wifi/ bluetooth module won't work, it's not supported.

The Ryzen 9 6900HX uses the AMD Radeon 680M integrated GPU, which is not supported in macOS. So this CPU in a Mini PC means you will never get graphics acceleration in macOS. See specs in the link below.

The Reason it won't wok in macOS is that NootedRed.kext won't work with this integrated GPU and it is the only AMD IGPU kext that I am aware of currently.

Thanks for clarifying that, I was wondering about that. There is no sense in him trying to install, if he ever got that far the computer would be virtually unusable.

I agree with the previous replies Unfortunately, due to the lack of support for AMD Radeon 680M in macOS, achieving smooth system performance wil be very difficult. There is currently no easy sol ution. You can follow the development of open-source projects like OpenCore which may offer better support for new hardware in the future. However,, it's worth noting that this may take a long time and require advanced knowledge

Unless Apple reverses course and starts writing new drivers for later generation video cards no development in Opencore will make a difference.
