Replace the EFI with this and reset the NVRAM then try boot.

At what stage of the installation process does the grey screen occur?

Which make and model NVMe drive are you using as the macOS boot drive?

at the very beginning after the lines and the apple with the slider, there should be a max os recovery panel but there is nothing there, there is just a gray screen and a moving mouse cursor (but it moves smoothly, which indicates that some drivers are stuck)
I am installing mac os sequoia!
my disk is ssd from KIOXIA KBG50ZNV 512gb

Try removing/disabling NootedRed.kext from the config.plist while installing macOS. See if that gets you past this graphics issue. Obviously this will mean your screen resolution will be poor/low during the installation. You can reinstall or enable the kext once you reach the macOS desktop.

Some systems won't boot the installer correctly when the NootedRed or NootRX kexts are installed during the installation.

The SSD should be OK, it doesn't appear on any anti-hardware lists for macOS compatibility.

I tried it, the cursor became very jerky but nothing happened, I can’t start the download

Tried connecting an external monitor? It's possible that the connectors are not being correctly detected and it's displaying the install menu via the external port using the built-in display as an extension.

I sat like that for 10 minutes and that's how it was
