(Help)B550 taichi freezes and restarts frequently

Hi.
The other day, I changed the motherboard from B550 ASUS TUF to B550 ASROCK Taichi .and it now freezes and restarts frequently.
If anyone understands the cause, please let me know.

SPEC
CPU:5950X
MB:Asrock B550 taichi
OS:11.4
GB: RX6900XT
Open Core 0.6.9→0.7.5

I'd consider that a downgrade but anyway, do you experience this only on macOS or other OS too?
First I'd check the BIOS settings and maybe set the memory speed to SPD (disable XMP) and see if that resolves the issue.

Thank you for your reply.
It can be used without problems in win or mac secureboot mode.
The memory speed has also been changed to 3,200.

I was looking for XMP settings, but the settings did not come out because the memory is not XMP compatible.
I installed the OS11.6 clean install and tried it, but it didn't work.
tried down Grade the BIOS version.The result remains the same
