Hello here, I am currently trying to install Ventura 13.4 but it have some problem trying to boot into installer.
Any thoughts?

You will need to add your build information or no one will be able to help. I know from the DMs you sent me it's a Gigabyte AM5 board but no one else does. After everything else we tried I would suggest trying a different USB drive, I have had that same error and that corrected it. It could also be your MmioWhitelist entries in the Booter section of your config.plist. Thats a tougher deal to resolve, it takes trial and error to find which values you actually need.

The EFI you posted only has three CPU core count CPU patches so I don't think this EFI will ever boot.

does OC need to be patched in order to install / run Ventura from the send (x8) PCI slot on the X670E motherboard? I may have damaged the top x16 slot while building this machine b/c try as I might I can't get my 6650XT to show any picture when plugged into the top x16 slot. on a whim I tried...

Try this revised EFI based on OC 0.9.4. It is configured for an AMD X570/X670 MB, 12-core CPU and using a Polaris dGPU.
