Hello, I recently installed Mac OS X Sequoia on my Lenovo L14 G1 (AMD), everything looks good, audio works, GPU works, trackpad, backlights etc. etc. The only problem I encountered is that my WI-FI doesn't work at all, I can connect via Ethernet but wi-fi shows no signs of life, how could I fix this? I think the laptop had a Realtek wi-fi adapter and not an Intel one. How can I see the right model and see if there's a kext for it? What should I do?

First you need to clarify the make and model of your WiFi/BT card.

Most Realtek and Mediatek cards aren’t compatible with macOS, as there are very few kexts/drivers for these makes of card.

You would probably be best served replacing the current card with a Broadcom card, one from the list on the page linked below would work. These cards provide all the Apple Continuity and Handoff features supported in macOS.

Alternatively, if all you need is WiFi/BT then one of these Intel cards might suffice.

How can I see the model of my WiFi/BT card on Mac OS X? I'm currently on Sequoia as I said.

I found out that the board name is RTL8852AE.

I'd open up the back of the laptop and see what the manufacturer is, if it's one of these listed on Chris1111 GitHub page you might get lucky. Otherwise what @Edhawk said

The RTL8852AEis not compatible with any version of macOS. You need to physically remove it and install a new Broadcom WiFi/BT card.
