Ok, I managed to get Ventura Beta 4 to install on an Asus X570-F board with Ryzen 5900X. I always set the energy saver to prevent computer from sleeping while display is off. But that setting is no longer available in energy saver, neither can you adjust the time before it sleeps. I checked my Imac with ventura and it doesn’t have it either. Is this just a beta thing or is this setting gone for good?

No one really knows. It could be a bug in the software but can't be certain about it.

You could report the Time setting not being present to Apple via the Feedback Assistant app.

The Energy setting you are looking for is to be found under System Settings > Displays > Advanced, see screenshot below.
