Good for those who want to make docker work in ventura with ryzen:
Disable SIP and install VirtualBox 6.1.4

After create the docker vm machine without vtx:

docker-machine create --driver virtualbox --virtualbox-no-vtx-check docker

They have already said from virtualbox that in December 2023, version 6 of virtualbox will no longer have compatible kexts
