Hello everyone, I have a Hackintosh working almost perffectly with the following hardware: Gigabyte B550M DS3H motherboard, Ryzen 5600, and RX580 2048SP graphics card with a modified BIOS operating as RX570, with graphics acceleration working perfectly. on Sequoia 15.7.2

My problem is with the audio coming through the DisplayPort on the graphics card. My ASUS VG27AQL3A monitor has built-in speakers, but the sound reaching the monitor is crackling, on Windows the sound is perfectly.

I’d appreciate help from friends to try to solve this issue. I created the EFI using OpCore SimpliFY, and even Bluetooth and the network card are working perfectly, only the audio over DisplayPort is failing.

Thanks for the help, I’ve attached my EFI for reference.

Cheers.

Solution
Thank you very much for the information, my friend. When I get home today, I’ll run the benchmark and test the performance between the two patches to decide whether it’s better to sacrifice audio or go for better performance. Cheers.
