Couldn't find or install ddrelease64.exe error?

After installing the macOS Catalina package and I try to make the boot drive I get the error "Couldn't find or install ddrelease64.exe" when in the Checking Required Tools phase. Does anyone have a fix to this?

I ran both the gibMacOS command and the MakeInstall command as an administrator and still got the same error. I also downloaded the macOS version in recovery mode. I tried to install ddrelease64.exe manually by placing it in the gibMacOS-Master folder but I'm not sure if that is how you install it correctly.

It goes in the scripts folder i think
