Well after a while I finally managed to solve the problem. The crash was caused by a library that prevented various applications such as the App Store and CleanMymacX from working properly.
To fix it, you just have to replace replacing /System/Library/Frameworks/Accelerate.framework/Versions/A/Frameworks/vecLib.framework/Versions/A/libvDSP.dylib with a dylib from 10.13. (https://share.dmca.gripe/NAJvlnCnZ5TrC7Lb.dylib)
