CleanMyMacX crash

Hello everyone!? I have tried to install cleanmymacx but when I try to analyze this crash in amd fx. Does anyone have any idea how to make it work?

Well after a while I finally managed to solve the problem. The crash was caused by a library that prevented various applications such as the App Store and CleanMymacX from working properly.

To fix it, you just have to replace replacing /System/Library/Frameworks/Accelerate.framework/Versions/A/Frameworks/vecLib.framework/Versions/A/libvDSP.dylib with a dylib from 10.13. (https://share.dmca.gripe/NAJvlnCnZ5TrC7Lb.dylib)

How could you set the necessary permissions to be able to replace the files, when trying to copy the new file I cannot do it, and when trying to change the permissions to write in the folder, it shows me that I do not have the necessary permissions
