Can't update to Ventura

I can't update I applied the patches for Ventura have newest kexts and Opencore

You need to replace the AMD Kernel Patches, as you are using an older version, which doesn't include Ventura.
Also there are only 17 patches in the new release, the patches you are using have 20 entries.
You need to look at the CPU core-count in the first three patches. The 3rd patch has a different entry (10) compared to the 1st and 2nd patches (0C)

Misc > Debug > AppleDebug, ApplePanic and DisableWatchDog entries are set to false, these three entries should be set to true/enabled.

The NVRAM section is missing the prev-lang:kbd entry, this sometimes causes a kernel panic when it is empty, so not having the entry at all may do the same.

It appears you are using an iMac19,1 SMBIOS. This is not a good choice for an AMD Hack. You would be better served using either the iMacPro1,1 or MacPro7,1 SMBIOS. As both expect the graphics processing to be undertaken by a discrete GPU. The iMac19,1 expects an IGPU to be present along with the dGPU.

Debe reemplazar los parches del kernel de AMD, ya que está utilizando una versión anterior, que no incluye Ventura.
