Gaetano check this thread, you could find an EFI to start
for your Gigabyte board could be necessary also to patch DSDT (if you see some ACPI error in verbose mode during the starting process)

How do i emulate NVRAM? This may resolve the issue

This is opencore shell uefi. Does this mean my system does not have NVRAM? If yes, how do I emulate it?

thank you i'm checking it out. How can i be sure that my NVRAM is working, or can I emulate it anyway?

no need for now, you have to follow that thread nvram is latest of your problem before you have a booting EFI

So the issue comes from this part of the log, right?

you initial config is bad
i suggest to read because your platforn needs to create a MMIO whitelist or to bypass it as i did to config.plist you find in that thread
additional problem for your x870e Gigabyte could be the need to patch your dsdt
THis would be more clear when your system will starts to produce more verbose lines than that one you posted

I used your EFI and it works. I can reach the installer, but i have no internet, despite having LucyRTL8125Ethernet. My ethernet module is Realtek® 2.5GbE LAN chip (2.5 Gbps/1 Gbps/100 Mbps)

I made a USB with Sequoia installer from a real mac with the EFI i attached. I started the installation process and it did something and restarted a couple times but now it stops with this error log.

If the Gigabyte X870 Eagle motherboard uses the newer 'Dragon' 2.5GB controller, then LucyRTL8125Ethernet.kext probably won't work. As the newer Realtek 'Dragon' LAN controller can have a different Device-ID compared to the older RTL8125B controllers.

You may need to use a USB to Ethernet adapter, as your WiFi 7 card (Realtek or MediaTek) won't work in macOS.

See this Amazon UK page for a list of USB to Ethernet adapters.

I already have one, but i was already working with a full offline installer, which gives me that error
