can't connect to recovery server

hello,

after few tries after been able to boot on the usb.
i did format a SSD nvme.

but the computer doesn't seem to be connected to the net.

the motherboard is an ASROCK X570M (LAN: - Giga PHY Intel® I211AT )
i have installed : SmallTree-Intel-211-AT-PCIe-GBE.kext

any idea ?
