Your AMD system is macOS compatible bar one important device, your Nvidia GPU. The GTX 1660 has never been supported in any version of macOS and it never will.

For you to be able to run macOS on your AMD B550 system you would need to replace the Nvidia GPU with a compatible AMD GPU or an older (Kepler series) Nvidia GPU that would limit which version of macOS you could install.

Have a read of the GPU buyers guide, links to the AMD and Nvidia pages are provided below.

No, the RX 6400, RX 6500 and RX 6700 , plus the XT variants of these cards, are not supported in macOS.

Have a look at the AMD section of the GPU Buyers Guide linked below for a list of supported cards and which version of macOS they are supported in.

If money is tight you may end up needing to turn to the second-hand market.

I bough a pair of Vega 56 cards recently on eBay for £125 each. After cleaning them and reapplying thermal paste/pads to the two GPUs work perfectly well in my dual booting Hack's.

Yes, the RX 6600 is a natively supported GPU for macOS.

Support started in Monterey 12.1. That means you wouldn't be able to use it in Big Sur, Catalina or earlier versions of macOS. But it would be good for Monterey and Ventura.
