I have an issue when installing Sequoia. Whenever the installation process gets close to finishing, the entire computer freezes up, and I can't use my mouse nor my keyboard, and no progress is made.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

I have attached the EFI file if it would be beneficial to anyone.

Your EFI is missing so many things including the correct core counts in, Mmiowhitelist values etc it's basically a nonstarter. This post here will get you a lot closer

What you may also need to do is recreate your macOS Sequoia USB installer. The installation process failing to finish is commonly caused by a defective macOS installation application.

Recreating your USB installer, along with fixing the EFI issues mentioned by @leesurone is recommended.

Thank you for the reply.

I have a seperate machine with an AM4 processor.
Using the same exact EFI file, it boots up and installs without any issues.
However, on this machine (AM5), it doesn't install and instead just freezes up close to the end of the installation.

Then you need to have a look at creating your EFI to better suit your AM5 system. As most if not all AM5 boards require some edits and the addition of MimoWhitelist entries to run macOS.

The link provided by @leesurone would be an obvious place to start, seeing as you have a similar gigabyte B650M motherboard.

That solved my issue. Thank you to you and to @leesurone for the help.
