You would need to disable the Integrated AMD GPU and use a discrete AMD GPU for any chance to run macOS on your system. Seeing as this is a 2-Core/2-thread CPU your chances of this running well are minimal, given the requirements of recent versions of macOS.

If it is an AMD laptop then the answer is a flat No.
