Configuring a dual boot Ryzentosh
Don't only run the OSs from separate drives, make them have separate EFI partitions. Install them with one SSD in the system at a time and then add the 2 together and set opencore to boot first. Windows won't mess with your mac os efi on updates that way, and if you leave opencore unbootable you... -

I'd like to build a Ryzen 5950x Hack
I suggest an x570 motherboard you like and a sabrent m2. Samsung 970 evo plus works fine except for booting fast. The sabrent is miles ahead because of some weirdness. Here's my build- fer662

Zen 3 in OpenCore
Yes, those patches work for zen 3. Myself and a few other poor fellows are suffering from sound issues after the bios update though.- fer662

Things i've tried so far: Updated OpenCore and all kexts All USB ports Switching SMBIOS (was macpro 1,1) i made the usb mapping, made no difference. Hello there. So i've been running a 3900x + x570 Aorus ultra for quite a while now and I found a 5950x in stock nearby and went for it.
