Hi, you can have a look at my EFI i posted above and check through the changes I mentioned in my previous comments. But for now I‘m sure you are out of luck and also stuck at the point I screenshotted. I still have no clue to come past this freeze (Although I am very sure it’s a NVRAM issue)...
So I experimented a bit and I came a bit further within the installation process.
I attached the installer log - maybe someone can help me to proceed or has any idea what to try next.

1. I checked my bios settings, and everything I could change, matches what you listed. So I assume there is nothing else to do.
2. I checked loading order of my Voodoo kexts, and they are good to go now two (Trackpad is working now)
3. I included GUX-RyzenXHCIFix...

At one point i saw, that NootedRed discovered the 6650m maybe a good sign?
I removed USBMap.kext, and using only USBToolBox.kext + UTBMap.kext also removed GenericUSBXHCI.kext.
I removed every Voodoo Kexts and set them new in a order, i think is correct.
