    I fixed this problem. Removed WhateverGreen.kext and Boot Arg. Added DeviceProperties -> ATY, Henburg. This fixed the gray screen and strange electrical/buzzing noise from GPU.

    After installation, i stuck here (I don't even get to language selection / create account). 1-2 min system freeze and reboot.
