Any update on this? It seems a lot of people, especially with Vega or 5700 opus experience this mouse lag. I am starting to think that it must be a problem with the macOS drivers for 5700. My rx590 never had this problem. Hopefully it will be fixed when a new update comes.

I have the MSI rx5700xt Mech OC. So I changed also the device name in the w5700x.plist. Also I added my correct efi firmware and rom. My only problem (which I had even before this mod) is that the mouse cursor sometimes "jumps" and skips.

Anyone else experiencing this problem in Catalina with RX5700xt? The mouse pointer sometimes "jumps" and the movement is choppy. I had no such problem when I had the rx590. Any solution?

Yeap. Works like intended. What power setting have you used by default in your w5700x.plist? I have not replaced the contents of the P_PhmSoftPowerPlayTable. I left it as it was in the w5700x.plist file. Is it the 1, 2(+) or 3(++) powertable setting?

Hi, thanks for your reply. First of all I use npci=0x3000 (not 300). Should I change it to 300...? I use geekbench5. In windows I get a score of 76.000 and on hackintosh I get a score of only 50.000 I also get some glitches in the mouse movements. My smbios is iMacPro1,1.

Any owner of the rx5700xt can help please? What are the best kexts, settings and arguments I have to set to get the most out of the card? I seem to be getting much lower benchmark results compared to when I run the card in windows. Thanks!
