Help with 7600X

I've managed to get abit further through the boot process by only using 1 DisplayPort cable (I have a 4k 144hz monitor that uses 2 DP cables to drive the display at that frequency). Now I get a circle with a line though it and an apple support URL below it (similar to the attached image).
