In modern macOS the file you're looking for is on the Preboot volume.

Here you go, give this a try. But you didn't make this EFI. It had a comment at the top of the plist This is why it's always best to make your own. Also no idea where those patches came from... Never seen half of them before.

There's your issue. Seems you've added at least one kernel patch as a kext somehow. Also I don't recognise this patch, the wording also seems like an older version. Zip and upload your EFI and I'll sort it for you.
