There really has not been much discussion of Continuity Camera not working in the Beta releases. I imagine that once Ventura is released there will be more effort made to figure how to get to work.

I would remove the AMD Power Gadget Kexts. They are different for Ventura and the EFI has all the changes for Ventura.
I typically cater my EFI's for the latest beta versions. That sometimes can cause problems with current release. I no longer have a version of Monterey on my system.
The EFI is configured for Ventura and works with beta 4-8. You might want to install a clean copy of Ventura to see it is some nuance with recent changes to Monterey.
I no longer have a Monterey partition to test on, so no idea of recent changes broke Monterey support.
Try disabling Kernel -> Add - AMDRyzenCPUPowerManagement.kext & SMCAMDProcessor.kext in your EFI. Someone on discord had problems with those kext in Monterey. TruelySpinach updated them for Ventura. Monterey may require an older version.

I received that same error on boot when MISC -> Tools -> FullNvramAccess was in the EFI. Removing it like the sample EFI config resolved this error. Here is a screen shot of the sample EFI from the OpenCore 0.8.3 documentation which does not contain the FullNvramAccess.
