I swapped back to the 7950x, and had to put OC 1.01 back, in order to be able to boot my macOS installations. I have even updated my Sonoma to 14.7, and the Sequioia to RC, no issues with ryzen 7k. I'm returning my 9950x tomorrow, maybe I'l update in a few months when all 9k issues are solved...

Latest bios as of yesterday. It's a 9950x that fails. When I swap back to the 7950x cpu, it boots perfectly fine.

Hi all, I have a 3x boot (w11, sonoma, sequoia) installation with a 7950x + 6900xt and it works flawlesly. Yesterday I updated to latest bios (x670 Hero) then swapped Cpu with a 9950x and then macOS doesn't boot anymore. Swapped back to 7950x, and it boots again. If anyone can help figuring...

excuse but I'm confused, are there any news regarding the 7000 series GPUs working on a MAC/Hack? Because if there isn't, for me those GPU's basically just don't exist :cautious:
