Your graphics card is not supported on macOS. You will need at least a rx 560 for AMD based cards. There are older Nvidia cards that would work as well, but if you want to run the newer macOS I would stick to AMD.

I t looks like you are using a recovery image for your installer which requires the internet. You made your installer pen drive under Windows, correct?
What we need is a full installer downloaded from a Mac or a Hack running macOS I think.
