vanquish, I updated my EFI the OC 0.6.9. Could you download it from my other post and try it with this config.plist?
I have confirmed my EFI is working with 11.3.1 and 11.4B2, alas, I formatted and reused my catalina disk for a different project.
I updated to OC 0.6.8 with no problems at all, the efi I posted has the latest amd patches. Now that I'm done with my 12 hour shifts for a couple of days I will look into this more for you.
When I replaced mine I made the changes for the A520 to the EFI, shut down and swapped everything over to the new A520 board. It booted right up, all I had to do after that was map the USB, been working great! I upgraded from a Asrock A320 board with Ryzen 3600 to Gigabyte A520 with Ryzen 5800x...
Catalina and big sur should both work, the efi's are the same for AMD builds.
All I can think of at this point is to try different USB ports and/or different USB drives.

The B450 and the A520 are two...

If it is the A520, that is the board I have, there are two things to check:
1. You have to have SSDT-CPUR.aml
2. SetupVirtualMap must be false
The commander pro is a known issue with macOS, I think the most suggested fix is to disable the port with an SSDT for macOS so it still works in windows if you dual boot. The iCue software for Mac only works with keyboards and mice at this time. It has been like this for a while now, I don't...
Haven't seen any A520's so,
Gigabyte A520M-DS3H motherboard
AMD Ryzen 7 5800x processor
ASROCK RX 5600 XT video card
32GB TeamForce DDR4 3600 ram
Arctic Liquid Freezer II 120 AIO CPU Cooler
Updated to OpenCore 0.6.8
macOS Big Sur 11.2.3
Most everything appears to be working just fine. Do have...
