    i wish i had kept a backup copy of the older BIOS. i am not an overclocker tho.. so I guess I don't lose anything with the new BIOS. my X670E Hero is running BIOS 0805 and is rock solid.

    you are right.. I am an idiot or I have latent dyslexia and did not notice the BF in place of the FF... kill me now... I ended up losing 3 hours of sleep troubleshooting and reinstalling MacOS Monterey. i learned several things tho... for one, my Time Machine Backup (and restore/migration)...

    You should be able to boot into the desktop even without the correct device ID info, but hardware acceleration / Metal will not work. are you sure you need an SSDT for your card? spoofing the Device ID may be all you need.

    I've been away for a few weeks so I'm a bit behind. have you gotten Continuity Camera to work in Ventura on AM4. from the 7000 testing thread it looks like Continuity Camera is working. is this also true for AM4?

    will leaving the SSDT in place break anything in newer versions of Ventura? I'm a creature of habit and have gotten rusty with my hackintoshing since I have 2 very stable AMD hackintoshes that I'm no longer tinkering with.
