Well it took me 4 days to be able to install my 1st macOS Ventura, then 2 hours to install 3 additional macOS versions (lates Monterey, earliest Ventura and latest Sonoma) to finally discover that none of them are working on ethernet with LucyRTL8125Ethernet.kext, the kext used for this chipset...
