    maybe in your bios settings for the CPU / mem frequency settings? it would be safe and check if AUTO can help :) ive heard also that overclocking may affect the frequency display

    have you try to delete the com.apple.bluetooth.plist in the preferences? delete that as it forces macOS to create fresh files when your computer restarts. a. /Library/Preferences. b. ~/Library/Preferences/ByHost.

    try this patches in USB for Monterey and Big Sur, you should be able boot both OS, of course on your own risk.

    on your big sur efi config, try to snapshot the big sur oc folder using propertree or other plist editor

    you should have same OC bootloader version installed on big sur and monterey, say if you use 0.7.1 on monterey then use the same version on big sur, dont forget the bios settings
