The only question I would raise is, why do you have DSDT.aml in your ACPI folder?. Your config.plist looks fine to me, latest patches and SecureBoot > Disabled. I would maybe try adding boot arg 'revpatch=cpuname,pci,sbvmm', I used it with my first installation of Sequoia.

I've also erased my HD as macOS Extended Journaled, I let the Installer set the format.

The Intel BT kexts for Sequoia stopped working for me too, my 5700U and 4700G, both on Beta 2, won't connect anymore. I have got sound from the GenMachine using AppleACLU, but not on the 4700G!.

I've just installed them out of curiosity, I will say though that with ForgedInvariant and the latest NootedRed kext, Sequoia 'feels' so much more responsive than Sonoma. You could put that down to a number of factors, Sequoia is Just an updated Sonoma etc, but to me something is different...

I've noticed a couple of visual changes in Sequoia which I like. The biggest change is for Calculator which has been given an iPhone make over. Other visual changes can be found in Activity Monitor which has received some frosted glass transparency effects around the borders.
