Kernel patches just need anything with the MaxKernel set as 24.99.99 changed to 25.99.99 I don't recommend trying it just now. WEG is broken for many people. I've seen a 6600 and the 6650XT from Lorys to work but my 6800 doesn't work as with many others.

Your config had a structure error where the Kernel section was included within Misc. This should fix it.

Forum attachements are something like 65MB limit so you could always upload the OpenCore boot images directly to the forum if you want.

Tried connecting an external monitor? It's possible that the connectors are not being correctly detected and it's displaying the install menu via the external port using the built-in display as an extension.

Replace the EFI with this and reset the NVRAM then try boot.

You’re also using the official releases so it’s working as expected. The calculations for 1Ah are all the same. Anything that needs tweaked is config based.

So both users are using the official OC release and it's working so it was always just a config issue on the 9900X. Stability issues aren't with OpenCore.

Yes but I need the log to verify the values etc are correct. Then it can be fine tuned. Video also doesn't load.

You've not used the debug version of OC and your NVRAM was still wrong. Here is a fixed DEBUG version of your EFI that'll log it all to file.

I need it confirmed that it wasn't just a config issue all along. If it doesn't boot with the current OC release then I'll clean it up and submit a pull request. @Katanoko1221 are you still using the debug version? Can you upload the log from booting successfully into macOS please.

Yes. Download the official release from GitHub and replace the OpenCore.efi file. You can also change the debug target to 0 as you don’t need to log anything on the release version.

That's excellent news. Next step is to try the official release of OC with that patch added in. All my one is currently doing different is some debug lines and a 0 busratio failsafe.

Strange the patch won't stop OC loading. Copy the patch from the config I uploaded which was just the one fabiosun shared into the last working one you had.
