I removed fakesmc as i saw it was a predecessor of the virtual smc so now im on virtual smc lilu and whatevergreen and stuck on registered coreanalyticshub functions with xnu bool
Try using a different USB port for your installer, preferably a USB 2 port on the rear I/O plate (black tang). As by the sound of things the USB port you are using is being dropped when the bios/OC hands over control to the installer. If you could see the Verbose text it would probably show the ‘Still waiting for root device’ error message.
So i plugged it into my mobo instead of the front of my pc and now it goes into the apple logo for a sec then turns into a stop sign and the log spits out chinese "〰〺〰〠㨰〰‰䍏›潂瑯映楡敬扁牯整《㨰㈰‵〰〺㔲传䉃›瑓牡䥴慭敧映楡敬扁牯整"
