    Hi @tucano2000 Thanks for the awsome guide. I am trying to install Sequoia from scratch but the unlocker you refer to on page 1 of this thread is no longer able to complete it’s routine: Getting VMware Tools... Trying to get tools from the packages folder... Traceback (most recent call last)...

    @tucano2000 @Edhawk I used the latest Opencore 1.0.4 vmdk files from the tutorial and upgraded to Sequoia 15.3.2 without issues. Many thanks :)

    Hi @Edhawk Sorry for the delayed answer. Yes, I’m was using macOS_Opencore_1.0.2_4_cores.vmdk. I have now updated to macOS_Opencore_1.0.4_4_cores.vmdk

    Thanks @Edhawk Could you please clarify and guide me with You will need to be using the latest kexts. You also need to be using the latest AMD Kernel patches. :)

    Hi. Thanks to this guide and to @tucano2000 I have installed and I’m running macOS Somona 14.5, now updated to 14.7.4, VMware Workstation 17.6.3 Pro, Ubuntu host. I’m sure this has been asked before, but what is the maximum macOS version I can safely upgrade to now?
