    Good news. I have managed to fix sound by installing VoodooHDA and disabling AppleALC. Followed the instructions of @Max.1974 Now everything -soundwise- is working. Please see the screenshot. Many thanks to you all !

    I think you get these problems if you have an intel network card. If you do, for sure you have to disable the Airportltlwm, BluetoolFixup, IntelBluetoothFirmware, IntelBTPatcher kexts before updating.
