10th generation intel processors are the last version where integrated graphics are supported. The NUC10 by intel though is not a great choice, it will work but graphics acceleration is poor.
Best to explain a little better what you mean, from what I saw in your video was the normal apple boot process. The apple and the progress bar shows first and then once completed you end up at the log in screen.
I'd open up the back of the laptop and see what the manufacturer is, if it's one of these listed on Chris1111 GitHub page you might get lucky. Otherwise what @Edhawk said

Hello @mikl17260 your EFI appears to be from a laptop which you must have found somewhere and hoped it would work. Not a great plan.
There is a user created GitHub page who has a similar build here:

If you are trying to install Tahoe my first post still applies, Apple changed how USB Ports are accounted for and now requires different mapping criteria. USBToolBox.kext and UTBMap.kext which you have enabled in your attached EFI will not work. You should probably try Sonoma or Sequoia with...
The prohibition sign usually indicates no valid USB Port is found, which if you are trying to install Tahoe makes sense. You will need to remap your USB Ports using CorpNewts newest version to work with Tahoe. Please see the linked post for more information...
This EFI worked for another user with a very similar board, it is setup so you can add a Fenvi T919 pcie wireless/bluetooth adapter later if you are interested. USB port mapping will need to be done by you.
Hello @lfbaptista For more help please zip and upload your entire EFI folder without serial numbers, the config.plist and Opencore log files only tell half the story. At first glance you have SSDT-CPUR.aml listed in your ACPI section of your config.plist but its not enabled, its required for all...
No, all .efi files within the "Drivers" section of your config.plist need to mach the release date of Opencore.efi or you won't get t the boot menu. If you haven't heard of OCAT or OCAuxillaryTools check out Github, it makes updating OpenCore versions and kexts easy. Use your verified bootable...
Hello again @Amd_Hackint0sh , if you have been unable to install any version of macOS and previously used the WD SN850 with another operating system that could be the issue that is confusing Sonoma's disk utility. When that happened to me I was successfully able to fix it within Windows using...
Hi @Amd_Hackint0sh and welcome to the forum. I noticed a couple of things that should help. You will need CPUR-SSDT.aml in your ACPI section of your EFI, also if you intend to spoof your video card you will need a bridge file (also an SSDT) to complement the Device Properties entry you have...
The first issue I saw was your GPU but after looking more closely at your system using an FX processor and AM3+ yes I think it would be supported
