Well I'll ask again what version of macOS are you trying to install? Ventura? Sonoma? Sequoia? Whichever one I explained Whatevergreen.kext does not work with your system but you are still using it.
It would be good to know what version of macOS you are trying to load. Also is it weird the AMD Vanilla patches lowest core count is 4 but you only have a 2 core processor (which you accounted for in the patches). Usually if core counts are wrong in the config.plist it will stop booting almost...
10th generation intel processors are the last version where integrated graphics are supported. The NUC10 by intel though is not a great choice, it will work but graphics acceleration is poor.
Best to explain a little better what you mean, from what I saw in your video was the normal apple boot process. The apple and the progress bar shows first and then once completed you end up at the log in screen.
