    Could you try installing OCLP and the UAD driver, then test it? The UAD-2 Solo PCIe card might not be fully compatible with AMD processors in a Hackintosh environment. You should try disabling SIP.

    You need to add the OpenVariableRuntimeDxe.efi file to the UEFI > Drivers section, and the order must match what is shown in the screenshot. Otherwise, you will encounter the same issue again. The checkboxes must also be checked in exactly the same way.
