I am experiencing the same shutdown issue as you. I have an ASROCK X399 as well, but I am using am using a Broadcom BCM94360CD PCI card. I am not using a USBmap kext, since I never needed it with Big Sur. I am trying figure out what changed between Big Sur and Monterey. Were you ever able...
