Hi,

When trying to add kexts to my config.plist and to my kexts folder, I always get the message "file access not present in vault." What am I missing here?
  • I add to folder, add to config.plist with all proper fields (using previous add entries as examples)
  • Vault in config.plist is set to optional
  • Running a new vault.plist and vault.sig after updating my config.plist/folders

I feel like that's everything I should be doing but clearly not. Here's what I'm adding in the config, just to check my work:

You don't need to use Vault. The Vault setting in your config should be set to Optional.

I resolved this section, but didn't know how to delete the thread. I stated in the original post though that my vault is set to optional.

Just forever stuck on usb mapping now for the TB3 ports haha. The language is a bit over myhead right now.

You've created the vault though which modifies the efi file. Remove the vault and sig files and replace OpenCore.efi and it should be ok.
