USB Accessories Disabled warning

Hello everyone recently I tried to connect a digital mixer to use with the DAW Logic Pro X but MacOS as soon as I connect the mixer the popup with USB Accessories Disabled warning appears, the strange thing is that on my macbook air late2013 it does not happen

any of you know how to solve this problem? I enclose my EFI
