Update:
I switched from iMacPro1,1 to MacPro 7,1, along with BIOS F20A, and all of my mouse issues disappeared. Everything feels MUCH faster and like a real Mac now.

Attached EFI and added some benchmarks.

Config:
MacPro 7,1
OpenCore 0.5.9
CPU: Ryzen 9 3900X
Cooler: NZXT x63 280mm AIO
MB: Gigabyte X570 Aorus Master
RAM: 32GB (2x16GB) Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO 3200MHz
Graphics: Sapphire Pulse Radeon RX 5600 XT
Storage: 256 GB Samsung Evo 960 NVME / 500GB WD Black SATA
Ethernet: Onboard Intel gigabit
Wifi/BT: Onboard BT disabled | Fenvi T919
Case: Lian Li O11 Dynamic XL
Controller: Corsair Commander PRO

Working:
Facetime, Handoff, Airdrop, AirPods PRO
Using AMD Power Gadget, speed stepping is working and helping my temps.

Not Working:
Control of Corsair Commander Pro which Mac OS thinks is a UPS battery. Passing through to a Windows 10 VM allows control.
Sleep
Windows 10 won't shut off machine on shutdown with Decode Above 4G enabled on F20a bios. The following command works though: shutdown /s /t 0

CineBench: 7372

GeekBench:
Single Threaded: 1326
Multi-Threaded: 11234
opencl: 34386
Metal: 45035

Blender:

I'm about to swap to this board from my C7H. I'm currently running iMacPro1,1 and interested in switching to MacPro7,1. Is there anything I should know about the change to avoid triggering a lockout on my Apple services?

Also, did you do any USB remapping to get your ports to work correctly?

Any issues with "Above 4G decoding enabled" causing Win10 not shutting down? I have this problem on BIOS F20a.

I used a remapping someone else did and then did some modifications. I'll Clean up the EFI and update the OP tomorrow.

I had the same issues on F20a, along with my Windows install losing its bootloader somehow today on Win10 2004.

rofl good to know, I just switch board from Taichi since rev. 1.1 now support Thunderbolt AIC. You experiencing coil whine on VRM when CPU under heavy stress?
eg. Blender render, cineR20?

Moreover, for some reason I can't set XMP profile with manual CPU Vcore, will fail all the time (I using 3950x paired with 2x16GB G.Skill 3600 16-19-19-36).
Can set manual CPU Vcore without XMP, or XMP without manual CPU Vcore, even a small increment of +/-0.01V will fail to boot. Tested on both F20a n F12g BIOS.

@edo - I added benchmarks in the OP

@iamso78 - I don't hear any whine, but I have a lot of fans and the AIO pump that probably mask it. Also, if you use:
shutdown /s /t 0

to shutdown it will fully shutdown with above4g and F20a bios. Annoying, but WAY worth the benefits in Catalina.

@kundica - I attached my cleaned EFI to the OP

Thanx for the shutdown command, now just need to troubleshoot why I cannot static overclocked CPU with XMP enabled, hopefully is just a ram compatibility issue.
