Is sleep working for you?
Also I am pretty sure you don't need AppleMCEReporterDisabler. I am on an X570 Elite with iMacPro 1,0 SMBIOS and it is not needed for me.

Yes, sleep is working. It happened when I add AMDRyzenCPUPowerManagement and SMCAMDProcessor kekts to my build.

About AppleMCEReporterDisabler, okay I will remove it)
It is my first hackintosh, and I add all from the guide)

Hi!
Do you have any USB devices plugged into the motherboard when putting your device to sleep?

Thanks for the EFI, but sleep is not working for me. I suspect the FENVI WIFI/BT card to be the problem since it uses an internal USB2 port.

@JanHappy2000 I could fix sleep with my Intel AX200 after setting the internal USB port from internal to USB 2
