The gist of it:
I used a RaspberryPi to connect to my Wifi signal and feed it to my PC via Ethernet.

Connection Setup:
Hackintosh <-Ethernet-> RaspberryPi <-Wifi-> Router

A tutorial can be found here:

Noobs, follow this instead:
For those that aren't comfortable coding, this video uses an app to do the same thing, you can just follow along:

FYI:
1. You'll take a hit on the speed. I went from 100Mbps to roughly 20Mbps

2. Before using it to solve my no ethernet access problem I was using the RaspberryPi to run PiHole.
Pihole + Wifi/Ethernet Bridge caused some issues for me. A clean install of Rasbian did the trick.

3. RaspberryPi 4

I'd recommend for those that already have a RaspberryPi.
Buying one for this project is pointless; just throw in a few more dollars to buy a compatible Wifi adapter.

Hope this helps someone!

One love ☮
