Somehow this code has worked for me. It lets me get into substance painter and "mostly" work with it. But I can't bake any material or it crashes.
Do you have any idea of how could it be fixed?

sudo perl -i -pe 's|\x90\x90\x90\x90\x56\xE8\x4A\x00\x00\x00\x59\xC3|\x90\x90\x90\x90\x56\xE8\x0A\x00\x00\x00\x59\xC3|sg' /Applications/Adobe\ Substance\ 3D\ Painter.app/Contents/Frameworks/libtbbmalloc.dylib

You can try using AMDFriend, https://github.com/NyaomiDEV/AMDFriend

Bash:
sudo amdfriend --in-place --backup --sign --directories /Applications/Adobe\ Substance\ 3D\ Painter.app/Contents

That fix works and, this one is for Substance Designer:

sudo amdfriend --in-place --backup --sign --directories /Applications/Adobe\ Substance\ 3D\ Designer.app/Contents
