Stuck between "RTC: Only Single RAM" and "[PCI configuration begin]"

Hello Guys,

i need help.
I'm stuck somewhere between RTC: Only Single RAM bank and [PCI configuration begin]
its always freezing somewhere between these lines.


OS: 10.15 Recovery (build from a Windows machine)
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5800X
Motherboard: ROG Crosshair VIII Hero (WI-FI)
GPU: Sapphire Pulse RX 580

i don't know if thats the Problem but have CSM Enabled because my Motherboard says it needs to be enabled because my GPU isn't supported.

I've never had to enable CSM for either of the RX 580's I have on any MB that I've used. You might want to look into that some more, doesn't sound right to me.

That Sapphire card should be an OOB gpu. I had issues with a reference 580, but pretty much anything 580 by Sapphire should have no issues with GOP, etc.
