Check your bios boot sequence / startup drive. During the update a special boot image is created, and your PC reboots a few times using this image. If you start the update from macOS and then reboot to your normal drive, the update will not install.when i want to update mac by OTA to 12.3.1,it had run all install program,but system still stay 12.1
mac sip enabled and securebootmodel is default
