While tweaking I noticed that the usb I originally used to install macOS around half a year ago boots Catalina significantly faster that the EFI partition i'm using now. Since installing I've updated opencore and kexts, but I don't think it's possible that new versions are so much less efficient that the system boots 10-15 seconds slower. I've attached both versions of my EFI, EFI1 being the one that boots faster and EFI2 being the one that tales longer. Inside are also opencore boot logs.
EFI1 takes 41 secs, including a 5 second picker timeout (so 36 secs)
EFI2 takes 51 secs, picker off
Any help would be greatly appreciated
